For the past eight years, Full Moon Resort has hosted a splendid array of musical performances – from national touring bands and singer/songwriters to regional artists from the Woodstock area. Whether for concerts, parties, seminars or teaching workshops, Full Moon has become a premier venue in the Catskill region for music events of all types. The musical quilt has come in many colors: Blues, Bluegrass, Reggae, Rock n’ Roll, Jazz, Folk, Funk, Old-Time, Klezmer, with the entire spectrum of variations… and the facility has always been a mainstay for touring groups in the improvisational "jam-band" scene.
The current schedule includes summer workshops with Medeski, Martin and Wood and Jorma Kaukonen, internationally renowned guitarist for Hot Tuna and Jefferson Airplane.
